ALL bedrooms have smart color TV with remotes. TWO full bathrooms: one is tub with shower combo, other is shower stall. Living room has newer couches, 55″ LCD flat panel SMART TV, DVD player. Central air conditioning/heat. All ceramic tiled floors with throw rugs. Original cypress wood tongue-in-groove wood walls & ceilings w/crown molding. Ceiling Fans in all rooms. Updated kitchen & bath: Kitchen has electric smooth top range, built in microwave, refrigerator with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, plates, pots, utensils, etc. Linens +beach towels included. Laundry Room is on-site (washer free, Coin operated dryer $2 in quarters or use laundry line). Private beachfront porch has table, chairs, charcoal BBQ grill. Heated pool is in shade until later afternoon. Barrett Beach Bungalows is comprised of 5 bungalows plus Owner’s house (yellow beachfront home NOT for rent). NO SMOKING ON PREMISES PROPERTY. Beach front shared area has heated POOL, BBQ grill, fire pit, toys, games, lounge chairs, beach chairs, tables, picnic tables & hammock for all guests.
