Castaways Beach Resort allows you to live there full time, rent it full time, or rent it as a vacation rental on Airbnb/VRBO etc. There is no on-site management for the vacation rental side, you are free to self-manage or hire your own manager.
Unit 105 is a lovely ground floor unit with a back patio area and easy access to the courtyard, pool, and dog-walk area right out your back door.
It was remodeled 4 years ago with new LVP flooring, paint, sink/vanity/commode, and an amazing kitchenette with tons of storage and a quartz countertop. Currently decorated in a fun, Tiki Theme for the ultimate beach retreat. This property has been a successful vacation rental since 2021.
